Eat the Invaders聽is a six-part series examining how Australia might deal with some of its most problematic invasive species by posing a bold question: can we suppress hugely costly pests by turning them into dinner?
Hosted by Tony Armstrong, and produced by Closer Productions,聽the series explores the impact that cane toads, camels, carp, deer, rabbits and cats have wrought upon the Australian landscape and its ecosystems, and how best to control these environmental threats.
Underpinned by science,聽Eat the Invaders聽provokes Australian audiences to rethink their perspective on these familiar but harmful animals.
Join us to further inform your thinking.
As an extension of this series, the Environment Institute at the University of 米兰电子 is hosting an event to delve into thought-provoking, conversation and debate around the critical issue of invasive species and their effect on Australian biodiversity.
