Library restoration unearths unusual hidden history

During the restoration project of the University of Ã×À¼µç×Ó’s historic Reading Room, considered to be one of the most beautiful libraries in Australia, staff uncovered a flight of paper planes flown by distracted students into the nooks and crannies of the building – some more than three decades old.

As part of National Reconciliation Week, a new portrait has been unveiled in the Barr Smith Library of Uncle Rodney (Rod) O’Brien, respected Kaurna Elder and Cultural Advisor at the University of Ã×À¼µç×Ó.
