Examination Venues
It is crucial that students are familiar with the venues used for examination events. Students should plan ahead before their examination date to make sure they arrive on-time. Students are not permitted to enter the examination venue beyond 30 minutes after the commencement of the exam start time.听
Exam venues and seat numbers will appear on students personalised timetables in . You can check the Exam Timetable Release Dates website to confirm when your timetable and seat number will be available. Please note that these are often released on separate dates.听
Semester 1 and Semester 2 exams are primarily held in the Goyder Pavilion at the , whilst Summer School, Winter School and Trimester exams are usually held in Bonython Hall. Replacement / Additional Assessment Examinations are held on-campus at a specified location.听
Some examinations are held 鈥淚n-department鈥 at a venue arranged by the School or Faculty Office on-campus.

Goyder Pavilion - 米兰电子 Showgrounds
Primary examinations (Semester 1 and Semester 2) are usually conducted in the Goyder Pavilion,鈥痮n Goodwood Road in Wayville SA 5034.听
- Goyder Pavilion is a large space with carpet flooring.听
- Approximately 1600 students will sit an exam in any one session.听
- It is air-conditioned and heated.听
- Toilets are located at the student toilet block within the venue; however, students are advised they must use toilets outside of the examination venue before they are permitted to enter. Toilets inside the venue may be used by students only after the examination has commenced.听
- Large digital clocks are visible throughout the hall.听
- A PA system will be used for most announcements. However, supervisors and examiners may also directly address individual and groups of students. Due to the size of this examination event and the number of students who may be sitting a single exam, minor disruptions in the form of announcements may occur.听

Seating in Goyder Pavilion
Goyder Pavilion - Seating Plan
All students are allocated a seat for each exam they undertake.听
- Allocated seating numbers will be populated on student personalised exam timetables within . Seat release dates are available via the鈥Exam Timetable Release Dates website.听
- The hall will consist of blocks of 60 seats, each labelled with a letter from A - Z. Clear block signage will be present at the venue to assist students in finding their allocated seat.听
- Students will be seated at a single desk. Open book exams usually have two desks allocated.听
- Students should make their way to the block and locate their allocated seat upon entering the examination venue. Examinations staff will be available at the venue entrance to answer questions before the exam commences.听
- All students are allocated a seat for each exam they undertake.
Parking at the 米兰电子 Showgrounds
Students can park their vehicles at the 米兰电子 Showground via Rose Terrace entrance. A parking fee will be charged per vehicle.听
If you are being dropped off for an exam, use the Leader Street or Rose Terrace pedestrian drop off points to ensure your safety.听

Bonython Hall
Located on North Terrace, Bonython Hall is the main venue for Summer School, Winter School, Trimester and some replacement examinations.

Alternative Examination Arrangements (AEA)
For students who have organised to sit their exam under Alternative Exam Arrangements (AEA), the location of these examinations will be primarily located in the Napier Building on the Lower Ground level, as well as Adaptive Technology Rooms (ATR) 1 and 2. Students approved to use computers during examination periods may be scheduled to use Napier 106 or Napier 107, located in the main Napier Building. Please refer to the North Terrace Campus Map for further information. 聽
To apply for Alternative Exam Arrangements (AEA), you will need to register with Disability Support by completing the online Disability Registration form available on the Disability Support website. A Disability Support team member will then contact you to organise an appointment with a Disability Advisor who can discuss your study requirements including Alternative Exam Arrangements.
It鈥檚 important to note that each study period has a different cut-off date. Cut-off dates and other information can be viewed via the Disability Support 鈥 Frequently Asked Questions.
AEA exams will usually be sat on the same day and at the same time as scheduled in the timetable. Students with a variation to their timetable will be able to view their adjusted timetable in . Students must retain a copy of their approved AEA form.

Examinations at the Roseworthy Campus are usually held in the Callaghan or Information Centre Building. Double-check your examination timetable in to ensure you attend the correct exam venue. For venue locations, please refer to the Roseworthy Campus Map for further information.听
Students may be able to use the Inter-campus shuttle bus to get to their examination at Roseworthy. For more information, please see the Transport聽page on the Infrastructure website.听

The OSCE is designed to evaluate a wide range of competencies, such as communication, clinical reasoning, technical skills, and decision-making, through a series of stations where the examinee interacts with simulated patients, mannequins, or other healthcare professionals.
